Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill will have surgery on knee
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill (ACL) will undergo knee surgery and be placed on injured reserve according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
This news seemed inevitable after it was revealed that Tannehill avoided surgery on a partially torn ACL last season. Tannehill should be back in time to start next year, but for 2017, the Dolphins' season lies in the arm of Jay Cutler.
Our models project Cutler for 3371.0 passing yards on 301.0 attempts, with 21.31 touchdowns and 13.7 interceptions. He is numberFire's 26th ranked fantasy quarterback for 2017.
