Patrick Mahomes opening eyes at Chiefs' camp
Kansas City Chiefs rookie quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been "impressive" in camp, and making "at least one eye-opening throw" per practice, the Kansas City Star reports.
Per reporter Terez Paylor, "everyone in the organization, from the highest level on down" has been happy with Mahomes' camp showings. Mahomes will make his exhibition debut against the San Francisco 49ers on Friday.
Our models project Mahomes for 343 passing yards, 2.07 touchdowns, and 1.46 interceptions on 49 attempts in the 2017 season. He's not a fantasy factor while Alex Smith is still starting.
