NFL officially appeals decision to vacate suspension of Patriots' Tom Brady

The NFL has formally appealed Judge Richard Berman's decision to vacate the four-game suspension of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

What It Means:

Berman ruled earlier Thursday Brady's suspension stemming from the deflation of footballs during last year's AFC Championship Game had been voided, meaning Brady is now eligible to play in Week 1. The league will not seek an injunction, so any reversal of the decision would most likely not affect Brady's early-season status.

Now that Brady looks to play the full season, our projections have him throwing for 4,527 yards, 30 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. These numbers put him as our seventh-ranked fantasy quarterback heading into the season.
