Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Matt Barkley is expected to start Thursday's preseason finale against the New York Jets.
Barkley is currently competing with Tim Tebow for the Eagles' number three quarterback spot. Tebow is also expected to see a significant amount of snaps on Thursday.
The Eagles ranked 12th in our schedule-adjusted Passing Net Expected Points metric last season. Barkley has gone 23-of-43 for 306 passing yards with zero touchdowns and one interception in three preseason games.
