Matt Barkley to start Eagles' fourth preseason game
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Matt Barkley is expected to start Thursday's preseason finale against the New York Jets.
What It Means:
Barkley is currently competing with Tim Tebow for the Eagles' number three quarterback spot. Tebow is also expected to see a significant amount of snaps on Thursday.
