Dion Lewis a roster lock for New England
New England Patriots running back Dion Lewis is a roster lock, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.
What It Means:
LeGarrette Blount is no longer in the picture, but James White is still in town and the Patriots added Mike Gillislee and Rex Burkhead in the offseason. Lewis' roster spot has been in question of late but Reiss believes Lewis will play limited snaps and provide explosiveness and quickness from the running back spot.
