Branden Albert sidelined until Week 3
ESPN's Adam Caplan reports Miami Dolphins LT Branden Albert (knee) is unlikely to return before Week 3.
That's not good news for a Dolphins' offense that was hoping to get off to a fast start in 2015, after making a few high-profile signings and trades. If Albert misses regular season action, veteran Jason Fox would likely start at left tackle.
Fox has been in the league since 2010, but has only played in 21 games in four years, and started just four of them. The only upside to Albert missing the first two games of the year is that the Dolphins' 2015 slate begins with the Washington Redskins and Jacksonville Jaguars, ranking 30th and 18th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points, respectively.
