Ravens interested in Gary Barnidge
The Baltimore Ravens will show interest in free agent tight end Gary Barnidge, the Baltimore Sun expects.
The Ravens opened the offseason deep at tight end, but could be a landing spot for Barnidge after losing Darren Waller and Dennis Pitta. Barnidge has been linked to Buffalo, Denver, and Jacksonville since his April release. The Ravens have Ben Watson, Maxx Williams, and Crockett Gillmore all returning, but Barnidge would have a chance to start in Baltimore.
Barnidge's 0.68 Reception Net Expected Points per target in 2016 was 17th-best among the 43 tight ends to top 30 targets that year.
