Cornerback Lamarcus Joyner is locked in as the St. Louis Rams' slot cornerback.
What It Means:
Joyner will play alongside Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson at cornerback to form a solid Rams secondary. Joyner recorded 40 tackles and one sack during his rookie season. The Rams lost cornerback E.J. Gaines earlier this summer due to a season-ending foot injury . Gaines was viewed as the only competition to Joyner for the cornerback slot position.
