Trumaine Johnson skips Rams' Tuesday OTA
Los Angeles Rams cornerback Trumaine Johnson skipped Tuesday's OTA session.
Head coach Sean McVay said he was "not really sure where" Johnson was. The corner is scheduled to make $16.742 million this season after being tagged for the second year in a row, but this absence could be related to his desire for a long-term extension. The Rams offered him in trades before the draft, too, so Johnson likely isn't giving any discounts.
The Rams were 18th in opponent-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play in 2016.
