Saints' Max Unger out indefinitely following foot surgery
New Orleans Saints center Max Unger underwent foot surgery this past weekend and remains questionable for the start of the season.
The 31-year-old center was bothered by a foot injury last season and he finally opted for surgery. Saints beat writers claim it's too early to tell, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says Unger is doubtful for Week 1. Don't be surprised if the Saints look to add someone via trade to help fill the void.
The Saints finished second in the NFL last season in schedule-adjusted Offensive Net Expected Points per play.
