Bills bringing in Gary Barnidge for visit

Free agent tight end Gary Barnidge is visiting the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday.

What It Means:

New offensive coordinator Rick Dennison is expected to feature two and three tight ends at a time in Buffalo's offense, but they have yet to bring in anyone behind Charles Clay. Barnidge spent two years with head coach Sean McDermott while playing for the Carolina Panthers. He was cut by the Cleveland Browns last weekend and turns 32 in September.

Barnidge's 0.68 Reception Net Expected Points per target in 2016 was 17th-best among the 43 tight ends to top 30 targets that year.
