Colts putting emphasis on adding youth to backfield
Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said adding a young runner is "paramount."
What It Means:
Frank Gore turns 34 in May and Robert Turbin is not the team's long-term answer in the backfield. It wouldn't be a surprise if the Colts spend their first round pick on a running back.
Among the 42 running backs to see 100 or more carries last season, Gore ranked 24th in Rushing Net Expected Points per attempt.
