Jarvis Jones comes to terms with Arizona
The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker Jarvis Jones, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers, to a one-year contract.
Jones was originally scheduled to meet with the Los Angeles Rams next, so things must have gone pretty well in Arizona. Jones hasn't quite lived up to expectations since the Steelers selected him in the first round back in 2013, but he should be familiar with Arizona's 3-4 defense and is a decent piece to have on the edge.
Jones started nine games for Pittsburgh last season and joins a Cardinals unit that finished 19th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points allowed per play in 2016.
