Steelers' Martavis Bryant awaiting NFL approval for return
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant is now eligible to return from his one-year suspension, but the league office has yet to reinstate him.
Bryant is expected to know his fate by the end of March at the latest, but a meeting with commissioner Roger Goodell is necessary before that can happen. He's expected to be reinstated, but members of the Steelers' front office have been openly noncommittal about whether or not Bryant will be back in Pittsburgh.
Bryant turned in a respectable 2015 season, when he was last on the field, and his 0.66 Reception Net Expected Points per target ranked 58th among the 87 wideouts with at least 50 targets on the year.
