DeSean Jackson to return punts for Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson will return punts, but they will be selective about when to use him, head coach Dirk Koetter said.
Jackson returned three punts total during his three-year run in Washington and zero in 2016. That will obviously change in Tampa, but it will be surprising if he cracks 20 returns, a number he has not reached since 2010. Still, it is a small boost to his fantasy value in return yardage leagues.
Among the 60 wide receivers to see at least 80 targets this season, Jackson ranked 16th in Reception Net Expected Points per target.
