The Chicago Bears signed defensive back Prince Amukamara, formerly of the Jacksonville Jaguars, to a one-year contract.
The Jaguars shelled out $26 million guaranteed for A.J. Bouye, pushing Amukamara out the door after one year in Jacksonville. He's a solid add for a Chicago secondary that was devastated by injuries last season.
The Bears were 19th in 2016 in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points allowed per play.
