Lance Kendricks

Rams part ways with Lance Kendricks after six seasons

The Los Angeles Rams released tight end Lance Kendricks.

What It Means:

The Rams selected Kendricks in the second round of the 2011 draft, and despite catching a career-high 50 passes last season, he never became the playmaker many had hoped for. Kendricks caught 50-of-87 targets last season for 499 yards and 2 touchdowns. His release helps Tyler Higbee's fantasy outlook.

Out of the 17 tight ends to see 80 or more targets last season, Kendricks was only ahead of Dennis Pitta in Reception Net Expected Points per target.
