Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Brandon Williams was re-signed to a five-year, $54 million contract.
Williams is now the NFL's highest-paid nose tackle and will receive $27.5 million guaranteed. It's a huge keep for the Ravens and should allow them to maintain their standing as one of the league's best in stopping the run. Williams turned 28 just a few weeks ago.
The Ravens were first in the NFL last season in schedule-adjusted Defensive Rushing Net Expected Points allowed per play.
