Ravens' defensive back Terrence Brooks activated off PUP list
Baltimore Ravens safety Terrence Brooks was activated off of the physically unable to perform list Tuesday and started practicing with the team, according to the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec.
Brooks tore multiple ligaments in his knee back in December, leading many to believe he would begin the season on the PUP list. The second-year safety could still miss the beginning of the season, but his early activation is an encouraging sign.
Baltimore's pass defense sat in the middle of the pack last year, ranking 17th in our schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play at 0.08. Brooks was a third-round pick (79th overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft.
