Alshon Jeffery now favoring Philadelphia
Free agent wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is leaning toward signing with the Philadelphia Eagles, reports ESPN's Josina Anderson.
What It Means:
Landing Jeffery would be a huge get for the Eagles, who badly need a number-one receiver to pair with quarterback Carson Wentz. The Bears reportedly offered Jeffery $13 million per year to remain in Chicago.
Jeffery ranked 19th in Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target among the 60 receivers to see at least 80 targets last season.
