Washington impending free agent wide receiver Pierre Garcon requested a trade during the 2016 season, reports Chad Dukes of 106.7 The Fan.
This was seconded by John Keim of ESPN, who stated over the weekend that Garcon is "gone." All signs point to the 30-year-old receiver signing elsewhere this offseason.
Among the 41 wideouts to top 41 targets in 2016, Garcon's 0.84 Reception Net Expected Points per target was fifth-best.
