The Philadelphia Eagles are still working to trade linebacker Mychal Kendricks, the Boston Herald's Jeff Howe reports.
General manager Howie Roseman is likely still holding onto Kendricks in an attempt to trade him for whatever he can acquire. Kendricks is still just 26 and was viewed as a building block in the previous 3-4 scheme.
Kendricks was part of an Eagles team that finished fifth in the NFL this past season in opponent-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points allowed per play.
