The Dallas Cowboys are hoping to trade running back Alfred Morris according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Morris is making a reasonable $1.2 million salary in 2017 but it still might be difficult to trade him. There is a chance they part ways via a release if they can't trade him, especially with the report that the Cowboys want to re-sign Darren McFadden.
Morris only had 69 carries in 2016 and for the fourth straight season his yards per carry decreased from the year before.
