Washington wide receiver Pierre Garcon and the team have not undergone contract talks, per John Keim of ESPN.
What It Means:
Garcon is an upcoming free agent, and with Washington also expected to let DeSean Jackson walk, sophomore wideout Josh Doctson may step into a big role in the upcoming season.
Among the 41 wideouts to top 41 targets in 2016, Garcon's 0.84 Reception Net Expected Points per target was fifth-best.
