The Cleveland Browns haven't decided if quarterback Robert Griffin III will return in 2017.
"We haven't made a decision one way or the other whether he's going to be on our roster moving forward,'' executive vice president Sashi Brown said. Griffin has a $750K roster bonus due March 11 but Cleveland could pay that with committing to him for 2017. The Browns should move on from Griffin if they can add a quarterback through the draft/free agency.
Griffin's -0.13 Passing Net Expected Points per dropback ranked 37th among the 39 passers to have at least 100 dropbacks in 2016.
