The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed linebacker James Harrison to a two-year, $3.5 million contract.
Harrison, who turns 39 in May, was the eighth-best 3-4 outside linebacker out of 59 qualifiers in 2016, according to Pro Football Focus. Following a disappointing one-year stint with the Cincinnati Bengals, Harrison has recorded 15.5 sacks over the past three seasons since re-joining the Steelers.
The Steelers ranked 19th in opponent-adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play in 2016.
