Ryan Tannehill (knee) will be ready for Dolphins' OTAs
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill (knee) is "healed" and will be ready for OTAs, reports Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
Tannehill suffered a partially torn ACL and sprained MCL in Week 14 that ended his season, but he was fortunately able to avoid surgery. Salguero reports that the 28-year-old quarterback will be a full participant for the "entire offseason program."
Among the 39 passers to drop back 100 times in 2016, Tannehill ranked 22nd in Passing Net Expected Points per drop back. His 67.1 completion percentage was a career-high.
