Rams believe Jared Goff still has plenty of potential
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff's ceiling remains "really high," believes new quarterbacks coach Greg Olson.
What It Means:
"Nothing that I’ve watched so far has deterred me from that same evaluation," Olson said. "I'm just real excited to get a chance to get with him and have a chance to work with him." Goff still has a long ways to go, but working with Olson and new head coach Sean McVay should provide an upgrade from his dreadful rookie campaign.
Among the 39 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs in 2016, Goff's -0.28 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked last.
