Colin Kaepernick

Colin Kaepernick not interesting to Broncos this offseason

The Denver Broncos won't "circle back" and have interest in San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick this offseason, the Denver Post's Nicki Jhabvala expects.

What It Means:

The Broncos were hot on Kaepernick's trail last offseason when they were trying to replace Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler. General manager John Elway reportedly met with Kaep in person, but compensation couldn't be worked out as he was unwilling to take a pay cut.

Kaepernick's Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 28th among the 39 quarterbacks to drop back 100 times this year.
