Nick Foles may become Chiefs cap cut
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Nick Foles could be a cap casualty this offseason.
What It Means:
Foles is due a non-guaranteed $10.75 million in 2017. He'll either be released or need to take a pay cut. The Chiefs have just $4.1 million in projected cap space.
On 59 drop backs this year, Foles earned 1.30 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) this season. His 0.02 Passing NEP per drop back was significantly below the NFL average this year (0.10).
