Vikings' Teddy Bridgewater (knee) will likely miss entire 2017 season
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (knee) is expected to miss the entire 2017 season, reports Bleacher Report's Jason Cole.
Per Cole's source with the Vikings, Bridgewater is looking at a minimum 19-month recovery timetable. He was injured on August 30 of last year, so that would put him back on the field sometime in March 2018. Head coach Mike Zimmer said earlier this month that he didn't know when Bridgewater would be back. Sam Bradford will be the starting quarterback again in Minnesota next season.
Among the 39 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs this year, Bradford's 0.16 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 12th.
