Tyreek Hill could see twice as many snaps for Chiefs next season

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill could see his offensive snaps double in 2017, head coach Andy Reid said.

What It Means:

Hill averaged 26 offensive snaps during the regular season, but Reid believes "he can double that or at least take it up a couple notches." The 22-year-old rookie emerged as one of the league's best playmakers over the year's second half, so it would make sense to make him a focal point of the offense. Despite his obvious value, Hill is a prime candidate to be over-drafted next season.

Hill was the only wide receiver this season to rush at least 20 times and catch at least 60 passes. Among all players to see at least 20 carries on the year, his 0.70 Rushing Net Expected Points per play was first. He also hauled in 61-of-83 targets, finishing with the sixth-best catch rate out of the 60 receivers to see at least 80 targets.
