Texans' Jadeveon Clowney had minor knee surgery after season

Houston Texans linebacker Jadeveon Clowney underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee following the season.

What It Means:

Clowney's injury history means just about every ache and pain is cause for concern, but the procedure is minor and he's not dealing with a recurrence of an old injury. Expect him to be 100 percent by training camp.

The Texans were fourth this season in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play. Clowney finished with six sacks and 40 tackles in 14 games played, all of which were career-highs.
