Minnesota Vikings right guard Brandon Fusco to be a candidate for release or a pay cut this offseason, ESPN reporter Ben Goessling expects.
Fusco has three years left on his current contract, but there's no guaranteed money left on it. Fusco was a major part of the problem on the Vikings' league-worst offensive line. He made 14 starts this season and graded out as Pro Football Focus' 62nd-best guard out of 77 qualifiers, getting annihilated in pass pro.
The Vikings were the league's worst rushing attack by opponent-adjusted Offensive Rushing Net Expected Points per attempt. Their -0.15 Rushing NEP per play was two times worse than the next-lowest team.
