Oakland Raiders left tackle Donald Penn (knee) remained sidelined at Thursday's practice.
What It Means:
Things are falling apart at an inopportune time for a Raiders team that is already down to their third-string quarterback. Penn has been manning the blind side for an Oakland offensive line that has been dominant all season, so his absence definitely won't make things any easier for rookie Connor Cook under center. Latavius Murray will need to put forth an almost heroic effort if the Raiders offense expects to contribute against the Houston Texans on Saturday afternoon.
