Bills' Tyrod Taylor expected to miss six weeks following groin surgery
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor is undergoing groin surgery on Thursday.
Taylor announced the surgery on Snapchat and it will require six weeks of recovery, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The Bills are expected to move on from Taylor this offseason, but they need him to pass a physical before March 9 if they decide to release him. Barring any setbacks, the procedure shouldn't complicate things.
Among the 39 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs this season, Taylor's 0.12 Passing Net Expected Points per drop back ranked 19th.
