Goff would know after experiencing a 1-11 season his first year at Cal before helping turn the program around. "We changed the culture in the building," Goff said of his freshman season. Goff's optimism is admirable and perhaps required after a dreadful rookie campaign, but things are unlikely to get much better for the young quarterback in the near future.
