Browns' Robert Griffin III returns to practice after clearing concussion protocol
Cleveland Browns quarterback Robert Griffin III will return to practice on Thursday after clearing the concussion protocol.
Griffin looks poised to make his fifth start of the season on Sunday as the Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game that can secure them the first overall pick in the 2017 draft.
Griffin has not played well this season, and his -0.13 Passing Net Expected Points per dropback rank 37th among the 39 passers to have at least 100 dropbacks on the season.
