Bears' Marquess Wilson re-broke foot, again
Chicago Bears wide receiver Marquess Wilson re-broke his left foot, head coach John Fox said.
He's almost certainly out for the year and another surgery could be forthcoming. The Bears are expected to place him on injured reserve Saturday to make room for Alshon Jeffery, who just finished serving a four-game PED suspension. Wilson has broken his foot at least three times in the last two seasons. He's shown promise when healthy but obviously has major durability concerns.
Wilson has accrued 14.92 Reception Net Expected Points on 16 targets this year.
