Vance McDonald exits 49ers' Week 14 with shoulder injury
San Francisco 49ers tight end Vance McDonald left Sunday's Week 14 game against the New York Jets with a shoulder injury.
What It Means:
He came off holding his arm after a long running play. McDonald has been the 49ers' only reliable pass catcher and just signed a five-year, $35 million extension over the weekend.
McDonald was not targeted in the passing game before exiting action.
