Eagles' Wendell Smallwood injured and ruled out on Sunday
Philadelphia Eagles running back Wendell Smallwood suffered a right knee injury in Sunday's game against Washington, and will not return.
What It Means:
Smallwood went down in the first half, and was ruled out after the break. He had three carries for three yards before going down. His loss leaves the Eagles with just Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles at running back.
Before the injury, Smallwood had three rushes for -1.54 Net Expected Points, per numberFire Live.
