Shaun Suisham out for season with torn left ACL
Shaun Suisham will undergo season-ending surgery after a torn left ACL.
What It Means:
The Steelers will search for another kicker through free agency. Suisham injured the knee while making a tackle on a second-half kickoff during Sunday's Hall of Fame Game.
The high-powered Steelers offense should provide plenty of field goal opportunities for the kicker who signs as a replacement for Suisham. The Steelers offense ranked eighth in our schedule-adjusted Net Expected Points metric last season. Our algorithms projected Suisham to finish as the ninth-ranked fantasy kicker prior to his injury.
