Mark Ingram (toe) limps to sideline in Saints' Week 13
New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram (toe) limped off the field in the first quarter of their Week 13 game against the Detroit Lions.
Ingram did not practice most of the week with a toe injury, but there's no confirmation yet on what forced him to the sideline after just his second carry of the game. According to Joel A. Erickson of The Advocate, it was Ingram's left foot and he is now "moving back and forth on sideline, trying to cut". He returned to the game midway through the second quarter, promptly ripping off a 22-yard run on his fourth carry of the day.
On his two carries prior to the injury, Ingram earned 0.22 Net Expected Points, per numberFire Live.
