Colts officially rule out Andrew Luck for Thursday night
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
This has been the expectation, as four days was not enough time for Luck to get through the concussion protocol. Scott Tolzien is starting under center for the Colts and Stephen Morris will be his backup. Luck's absence will be an upgrade for T.Y. Hilton, Donte Moncrief, Frank Gore and other skill players on Indianapolis' offense. Don't stream Tolzien.
Tolzien will face a Pittsburgh defense that ranks 23rd in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points allowed per play, but they will be an appealing streaming option for Week 11.
