Colts' Andrew Luck officially misses practice again
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (concussion) didn't practice Tuesday.
What It Means:
They haven't officially ruled him out for Thursday night's matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but Luck isn't going to play. Scott Tolzien will be under center for Indianapolis.
Tolzien will face a Pittsburgh defense that ranks 23rd in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points allowed per play, but they will be an appealing streaming option for Week 11.
