Carlos Hyde will be focal point of 49ers' offense
San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde is the "main focus of what we’re doing offensively," said head coach Chip Kelly.
"It’s just overall the way our team is built," Kelly said. "We’re built to run the football." Hyde has struggled to stay on the field his whole career, but he's a proven workhorse when healthy. He'll be a solid RB2 against the Miami Dolphins in Week 12.
Among the 36 running backs with at least 80 carries this season, Hyde ranks 25th in Rushing Net Expected Points per play.
