Titans thinking about benching Perrish Cox
Tennessee Titans cornerback Perrish Cox is on the verge of being benched, said head coach Mike Mularkey.
Antwon Blake is the alternative, which says a lot about Cox's performance this season. This would be a downgrade for fantasy football scoring, as Cox was toasted for a 50-yard catch by Phillip Dorsett on Sunday and also gave up a touchdown to T.Y. Hilton. The Titans' defense has become an auto-play for opposing quarterbacks, serving up top-12 performances on a platter over the past six weeks.
The Titans surrendered 10.78 Passing Net Expected Points to Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts in Week 11, leading to a 24-17 loss.
