Morris Claiborne (groin) is not close to returning to Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne tore his groin off the pelvis bone and is "nowhere close" to returning, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
The Star-Telegram's Clarence Hill reports Claiborne is definitely out for at least two or three more weeks, at which point the Cowboys will give him an MRI to gauge Claiborne's recovery. It's an unfortunate turn of events for a player who was enjoying by far his career-best season before going down.
The Cowboys' secondary allowed the Ravens to pick up 10.50 Net Expected Points on 35 passing attempts in Week 11, per numberFire Live.
