Broncos will be without Aqib Talib (back) until after Week 11 bye
Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib (back) will be sidelined through the team's Week 11 bye, reports Troy Renck of Denver 7.
This means Talib won't be available for a Week 10 matchup with the New Orleans Saints, but there was some concern he would be on the shelf for much longer. The Broncos are wisely looking at the big picture with the postseason in mind, rather than rushing Talib back before he's ready.
The Broncos -- playing without Talib in Week 9 -- surrendered 1.89 Net Expected Points to Derek Carr in a 30-20 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Sunday night, per numberFire Live.
